It aims to clarify the types of information we collect, the methods and procedures of collection, the rules for the use, storage and disclosure of information, the relevant rights and choices available to you, and the protection measures for the collected information implemented by GSHTISH TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates, successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as "we") when you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") access and use this Platform (as defined in detail below).

This Policy constitutes a legal agreement between you (as a User of the Platform) and us. For the purpose of clear definition, "User" refers to any individual who accesses, uses the Platform and/or conducts transactions through the Platform. You may only use the services provided by the Platform if you are a natural person, a citizen of India, and at least eighteen (18) years of age.

This Policy supersedes all previous communications related to this subject matter and does not apply to third-party websites/applications linked through the Platform. We recommend that you carefully read the terms and conditions of third-party websites and app stores, and assume your own risks when accessing and using related services. We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of third-party websites, applications or app stores, as we cannot exercise control over such third-party platforms.

Your access or use of the Platform and voluntary provision of information to us (including but not limited to personal information and sensitive personal data or information) shall be deemed to consent to our use of such information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

If you do not recognize the terms and conditions of this Policy, please do not use or access this Platform.

Your use of the Platform shall be governed by this Policy, all policies, notices, guidelines, disclaimers published on the Platform and/or delivered to you from time to time, as well as other relevant terms applicable to you as a User of the Platform.

This Policy shall have the same legal binding force on you as any other written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify and update this Policy at any time. Therefore, please review this Policy regularly to understand our latest privacy protection initiatives. The modified and updated content of this Policy shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of this Service shall be deemed to accept the updated Policy.

Service Content

The core business scope of LoPaisa includes providing the following services:

1. Credit Report Acquisition Service

With your explicit consent and authorization, we will retrieve your credit report (hereinafter referred to as "Report") from credit bureaus as your agent, and provide you with the Report and relevant analysis to help you grasp your own financial situation. At the same time, we will evaluate your credit health level based on the Report and provide suggestions for optimizing your credit status.

Collected Information: To verify your identity information, we will collect your name, address, email address, mobile phone number, age, date of birth, gender and Permanent Account Number (PAN).

Sharing of Report: This Report will only be provided to you personally and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Your provision of the information described in this Clause shall be deemed to explicitly consent to our use of such information for the purposes stated in this Clause in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

2. Loan Application Assistance Service

LoPaisa has established cooperation with multiple banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (collectively referred to as "Lending Partners"), which provide loan and credit card products. As an intermediary service organization, LoPaisa is responsible for building a connection bridge between you and Lending Partners, and assisting you in going through the application procedures for loans, credit cards and other financial products provided by Lending Partners (if applicable).

Collected Information: In accordance with the relevant requirements of Lending Partners and with your explicit consent, we will collect the following information for processing your loan application:

• Marital status.
• Aadhaar number (India's unique identification number).
• Educational background information.
• Parents' relevant information.
• Housing property right information.
• Salary account details.
• Name of the bank where the main account is opened.
• Bank statements.
• Salary certificates.
• Employment-related information (including work experience).
• Income details.
• Names of current and previous employers.
• Length of service (years/months) with the current employer.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): We will apply for one-time camera access permission to take selfies/photos to complete KYC verification and collect relevant KYC documents.
• Other information required by Lending Partners.

Except for the information described in this Clause, we will not access the file storage, media resources, contact list, call records, call functions and other resources of your mobile device, nor will we collect any biometric data.

If we are entrusted by Lending Partners to provide auxiliary services (such as loan collection), and such services may be further outsourced to third parties, we may obtain information related to your loan transactions.

Sharing of Information: We will share the above information with Lending Partners and third parties to collect the documents required for completing the KYC verification of the credit products you apply for.

Before collecting the application processing-related information described in this Clause, we will clearly inform you of the purpose of information collection and the possible sharing objects, and obtain your explicit consent. We will provide you with a consent form at each stage of information collection.

3. Marketing and Promotion Activity Services

Your use of the Platform and provision of information related to this Service shall be deemed to consent to knowing and receiving various product, service, preferential or activity information displayed by LoPaisa on the Platform, including but not limited to pre-approved loan and credit card preferential information provided by Lending Partners. When you provide information, you explicitly consent to us (including our Interactive Voice Response system, third-party marketing channels and Lending Partners network) contacting and communicating with you via SMS, phone call and/or email, and conducting follow-up communication on this Service (including but not limited to providing credit product and service-related knowledge, informing about current promotional activities on the Platform and various product and service preferential information provided by Lending Partners).

Collected Information: The information detailed in Clause 1(b) and the employment-related information described in Clause 2(b) will be collected and used for the services stated in this Clause.

Sharing of Information: We will share your information with third parties and the Lending Partners network to enable them to contact you regarding the marketing and promotion activities described in this Clause.

4. Customer Support Services

You can contact us by phone or email to obtain customer support services related to this Service.

Collected Information: To improve service quality, we will collect the following information when you contact customer service:

• Relevant information you provide to us via email or phone.
• Recordings of telephone conversations between you and our customer service personnel (who may be third parties) regarding inquiries or assistance.

Sharing of Information: We will share your information with third parties and Lending Partners to provide efficient customer support services.

Your contact with us by phone or email shall be deemed to explicitly consent to our use of the information listed in this Clause for the purposes stated in this Clause.

5. Cookie Technology Statement

Cookies are small data files stored by websites on your computer device. We will use Cookie technology on this Platform with reference to the common practices of other loan trading platforms. With the help of such information, we can identify your identity, understand your usage behavior and the products you browse on the Platform, thereby improving the Platform's user experience and pushing you information about credit products that may be of interest to you. We may also use such information to display advertisements from third-party companies. You always have the right to refuse Cookies, but this may affect your normal use of some services.

Your Rights

1. Right of Refusal

You may refuse to provide any information required by us, restrict us from sharing information with Lending Partners or third parties (if applicable), refuse information storage, or disagree with us contacting you.

2. Right to Withdraw Consent to Information Use and Right to Be Forgotten

You have the right to withdraw the consent to information use previously given to us, and also have the right to request the Platform to delete your relevant data. The scope of withdrawing consent includes all consents previously given to us for specific information use purposes, information storage, sharing of your information with third parties and the Lending Partners network, and consent to us contacting you.

Upon your request, we will delete the information provided by you if there is no legal requirement to retain such information.

However, we reserve the right to retain relevant information in the following circumstances:

• Complying with applicable legal provisions.
• Exercising our legal rights.
• Providing information related to the investigation of fraud or illegal activities as required by regulatory authorities.

In addition, if your loan or credit card application has been submitted to Lending Partners for processing, or if you have obtained any loan or credit card services from Lending Partners, Lending Partners have the right to continue processing your information to contact you regarding the application, or until all principal, interest and other payable fees of such credit services are fully repaid, or for the period allowed by applicable laws. If Lending Partners outsource credit product-related services (such as arrears collection) to us and require us to retain relevant information, we will act in accordance with their requirements.

3. Right to Correct Information

We recommend that you regularly verify the information you provide. If you find that the provided information is inaccurate, incomplete or invalid, you have the right to provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and request us to correct or modify the relevant information immediately (no later than one (1) month from the date of receiving the notice). Please ensure that you always provide us with true and accurate information to ensure that we can provide you with effective services. We shall not be liable for the authenticity of the information provided by you to us.

Please note that if you exercise the right of refusal to consent, the right to withdraw consent or the right to be forgotten, or provide inaccurate/incomplete information, it may affect your use of this Service or result in our inability to continue providing you with services.

Storage and Security of Information

We will store your personal information on the servers of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Cloud Services and other cloud service providers. The security protection measures we take include firewalls, SSL data encryption and information access authorization control. We abide by the reasonable safety operation specifications and procedures required by applicable laws, and take necessary protective measures to protect your information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We have formulated a comprehensive written information security plan and information security policy, including management, technical, operational and physical security control measures. The information you provide will be stored on secure servers located in India. The information security standards we follow comply with the IS/ISO/IEC 27001 international standard required by The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. However, you should understand and accept that data transmission over the Internet cannot be 100% secure, and any information you transmit to us is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any information leakage caused by transmission errors, unauthorized access to our Platform and database by third parties, other acts of third parties or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control, and you have no right to require LoPaisa to be liable for such security vulnerabilities. However, if there is any security vulnerability or unauthorized disclosure related to the information provided by you, LoPaisa will notify you in a timely manner.

Except for the information collected in accordance with Clause A(2) or the information that needs to be deleted to comply with applicable laws, we will retain your information for the period necessary to provide services on this Platform, unless we receive your request to delete the information. Upon receiving your request to delete the information, we will handle it in accordance with the provisions of Clause C(2).

Notwithstanding any contrary provisions in this Policy, except for the economic and income-related information collected in accordance with Clause A(2), we will not retain any information collected for the purposes stated in Clause A(2), except for the basic minimum data necessary for carrying out operations. The following circumstances are excluded: necessary information related to pending litigation, information that needs to be retained in accordance with current legal provisions, or information that needs to be retained in accordance with the instructions of Lending Partners when Lending Partners outsource the collection of unpaid loans or credit card arrears to us.

Confidentiality Agreement

To provide and optimize this Service, execute the Terms of Service, or in the process of corporate asset divestiture and merger reorganization, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, Users or others, we may share your data with third parties or transfer your information. Except for the situation where information needs to be disclosed to regulatory authorities or statutory institutions, we will ensure that third parties with whom we share your data sign a confidentiality agreement with us, which will restrict third parties from further disclosing the information (unless such disclosure is for the purpose clearly specified in the confidentiality agreement). We will also strive to ensure that third parties receiving the information maintain an information protection standard equivalent to ours, and such standard shall not be lower than the requirements of applicable laws. However, we shall not be liable for any security vulnerabilities or any acts of any third parties after receiving your personal information.

Phishing Alert

"Phishing" usually refers to the act of an individual or entity inducing website users to disclose sensitive personal information or personal information through fraudulent websites and/or email addresses. All unsolicited information shall be deemed non-confidential information, and LoPaisa may use and/or disclose such information without restriction.

Waiver of Rights

The rights and remedies under this Policy may be claimed and exercised at any time as needed, and are cumulative rights, not excluding other rights or remedies provided by law. The waiver of rights must be made in writing. The delay in exercising or non-exercise of any such right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, or any other right or remedy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by the governing law specified in the Terms of Service and interpreted accordingly.

Applicability of Local Laws

The Company is registered and established in accordance with The Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office located in Chennai, India. Your browsing/use of the Platform shall be deemed to recognize that LoPaisa is not required to comply with any local laws in your region, but only needs to comply with Indian laws.
